I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH, BUT WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THE DOGS GO TO THE BEST POSSIBLE FAMILIES. AND THE DOGS ARE WORTH IT! Have you ever seen a more beautiful Collie?? Romeo is a blue merle headed white rough Collie which means that his body is covered with white silky fur and his head is colored in shades of silver and grey and white. Very unusual and stunning. But don't want him because he is beautiful. Want him because he is a Collie with tons of love to share. Romeo has been vaccinated and is heartworm negative. As of 10/22 he has been neutered and microchipped with a Home Again microchip with a lifetime database registration. He has come from Missouri for a lifetime of happiness in Colorado. One of our volunteers, Pat, was in the transport vehicle with Romeo and she has this to say about him, "Romeo is gentle and affectionate. He enjoys the company of other dogs but probably would not object to being an only dog and the center of attention. He is curious about who we are and where we might be headed. I am including him in our conversation and fully expect him to join in. If you look into his eyes, he has an old soul." We will start accepting applications for Romeo immediately. Folks with prior Collie experience would be given preference. Please tell us why your family would be the right match for Romeo.
