Learn more about the Shetland Sheepdog Sheltie.
WITHOUT A COMPLETED APPLICATION, WE CAN'T EVEN HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT ANY OF OUR DOGS. YOU WILL FIND THE ONLINE APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE AT www.colliesheltierescue.org. THERE ARE MANY PERTINENT QUESTIONS AND THE ANSWERS WILL GUIDE THE PROCESS TO FINDING YOUR NEXT BEST FRIEND. BERRY AND HENRY WILL ONLY BE PLACED TOGETHER. Berry is the dad half of the father/son duo of purebred Shelties Berry and Henry. Berry is 3 years old and absolutely happy to be sharing his life with his offspring Henry. These two dogs were relinquished by a backyard breeder who did not seem to be making good plans for either of the dogs. In their foster home in Monument, CO they are learning everything a good dog should know. Jim and Alida are winning their trust in great waves. Both the boys cuddle in bed with their foster folks. They have discovered belly rubs and potty breaks and walking on leashes. They eat well and sleep well and will miss their foster parents a bunch. But these two Shelties will be placed as a pair. And that is a lot of work in addition to their little dog. We will start accepting applications for their adoption immediately. Our aim to make the best possible match for the Shelties. No square pegs in round holes.
